5% fee for all credit card refunds.
No refund for failing to attend a class.
Full Refund if TEC Services cancels.

NO REFUND if course materials have been mailed/emailed. Student can request for a "credit" towards the same class IF the request is made at least 48 hours prior to original class. Credit is valid for 6 months with student being responsible for re-registering.
